최근에,용강 강지 컵 산업연간 ISO9001 품질 경영 시스템 재심사 인증을 성공적으로 완료하고 새로운 유효한 인증서가 발급되었습니다. 이는 매년 표준화된 생산과 엄격한 품질 관리에 대한 우리의 약속에 대한 응답이기도 합니다.

이러한 표준화된 관리 시스템을 맞추기 위해 공장에서는 최근 전체 생산 라인의 정기적인 최적화를 수행했습니다. From the fully automatic stainless steel cup body forming equipment to the finished product assembly line, the workshop is clearly divided into work areas, with raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products neatly arranged in different zones, making the production line smoother. 조립작업장에서는 작업자들이 외관 도장, 부속품 조립, 완제품 초기검사 등을 순차적으로 완료합니다. 공장에서 출고되는 각 단열 컵은 테스트 보고서 발행을 위해 CNAS 및 MA 자격 연구소가 있는 제3자 권위 기관의 검사를 위해 보내집니다. 재료 안전 및 단열 성능은 표준을 충족하며 내부 304 풀 스틸 컵이든 내부 및 외부 층 스테인레스 스틸 컵이든 전체 공정에서 재료 표준을 추적할 수 있습니다.

Kudike 공장은 아웃소싱 없이 자체 다층 독립 생산 공장과 완전한 생산 라인을 갖추고 있습니다.
